If you are a Kendalls Rehab Service patient, call (318) 308-7110 for After Hours Crisis Assistance.

The Answering Service will  contact your Mental Health Specialist (MHS) or Mental Health Professional (MHP). If the On-Call Employee is unable to contact your MHS/MHP, a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) for Kendalls Rehab Services will be notified. The LMHP will contact you within the hour to assist your crisis.

Please provide the On-Call Staff with the following information:

  1. Your name and telephone number

  2. The nature of the crisis

 3. The name of your Mental Health Specialist or Mental

  Health Professional
